1. These terms and conditions replace all previously issued.

2. Trade with Plants to Go Limited implies full acceptance of these terms.

3. All prices quoted are ex-Nursery.

4. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate.

5. All plants offered for sale are subject to availability and are true to name and free from pests and disease to the best of our knowledge.

6. All hardy plants from 10 litre size upwards carry a 12 month guarantee from the date of invoice. (Hardy as defined by the Hillier's Manual of Trees and Shrubs).
If any of our plants fail due to quality issues over this period, we will replace them free of charge, subject to availability. Cash refunds will not be considered.
We expect to be notified at an early stage of any plant in distress so that we can inspect the site and suggest remedial action, failure to notify us in time will void our guarantee. Any decision to replace plants remains ours.

7. Plants cannot be reserved at the Nursery. However once they are ordered and paid for we are happy to keep them until required.

8. All deliveries will be charged at cost, and will be specified as either a.m. or p.m. deliveries.

9. Plants to go... cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred for the early or late arrival of any delivery due to circumstances beyond their control.

10. All deliveries are to kerb side only. This is because our staff are not insured to enter your site.

11. Trade customers must be present on site to accept all deliveries, and sign for them.

12. Any complaints for shortages, damages or any other matter, must be notified in writing within 7 days of invoice.


Payment terms.

1. All invoices are due for payment as cleared funds before any plants can be taken from the Nursery for non account holders.

2. For all plants ordered in, full payment is required at the time of order.

3. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or most major credit and debit cards or BACS for those not holding accounts.

4. If a customer pays by cheque, this must be cleared funds in the account of plants to go... before any plants leave the Nursery.

5. The minimum monthly spend for any customer wishing to open a credit account facility is £1,000 ex. vat. Account facilities will be withdrawn for any account not meeting this turnover after a 12 month period.

6. For all sales, the invoice date is defined as the date that the plants are actually ordered. This may differ from the collection or delivery date.

7. If a customer wishes to open a credit account with us, we will run a credit check on the customer. Upon receiving the credit check, if it meets with our satisfaction, an account will be opened and a credit limit set.

8. Account holders will be offered 30 days credit terms from the date of invoice. We do not issue account statements.

9. plants to go... is a Nursery and not a Money Lender. We will add interest on any overdue accounts at the rate of 15% per month.

10. Should an account fall more than 60 days overdue, it will be passed directly to our representatives for immediate legal action.

11. All plants and products offered for sale are the property of plants to go... and remain the property of plants to go... until they are paid for in full.

12. No ownership will be transferred until the price and any accessory amounts are received in full as cleared funds. The customer shall not offer the items as security or transfer the ownership of the items until full payment has been made.

13. If any customer becomes subject to seizure of property, or to a judicial claim the customer undertakes to immediately notify plants to go... The authorization to re-sell is withdrawn if the customer becomes bankrupt or enters into administration, liquidation or a voluntary arrangement.

14. plants to go... retains the right to change, alter or amend any of these terms at any time. Any changes will be notified through the customer notice board in the Nursery Office.
